How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are hand made to order as to ensure we adhere to our commitment to sustainability. Orders arrive within 3 weeks of purchase. All items sent via Evri - tracking numbers will be issued upon dispatch.
Can I return my item?
All items can be returned for store credit/ exchange so long as the item meets the returns criteria. The returns criteria states the items should be un-worn, without recipient fault and received by us within 15 days of delivery.
How do I request a custom design?
Keris Atelier places great emphasis on creativity and individuality so all custom requests are welcome. To begin to bring your vision to life, send us an email using the contact box above or alternatively, directly at 'kerisatelier@gmail.com'. To facilitate the design process - ensure you include as much detail as possible. 1 of 1's can also be ensured so long as this is part of the request.
Please be aware there is no set production time on custom designs.
